Recycled Wood Pallets

OUR PROCESS

Recycled pallets are a more cost-effective & environmentally friendly option compared to new pallets. We extend the same amount of quality of care and materials in our used pallets as we do with all products.

STEP 1:

WE FIND PALLETS

At Diverse Packaging, we pride ourselves on being an active member of our community. We encourage individuals and businesses to bring us their unwanted pallets, or we can dispatch one of our community representatives to pick them up around the city. Our team is always on the lookout for new sources of pallets to ensure that we have a steady supply for our customers.

STEP 2:

WE FIx PALLETS

Once we have received the pallets, we thoroughly inspect them to determine their grade level. We only process grade levels #1, #2, and Block pallets, ensuring that the pallets we sell meet high-quality standards. Our experienced technicians then go to work fixing any issues with the pallets, such as broken boards or loose nails. This process ensures that the pallets are ready for your purchase and meet your specific needs.

STEP 3:

WE SHIP PALLETS

Once our technicians have fixed and prepared the pallets for sale, we carefully organize our stock and prepare it for shipping. We have a fleet of trucks available to us, and we can procure the right vehicle to deliver your pallets to your desired location. Our team is committed to ensuring that your order is delivered on time and in the condition you expect. With our streamlined shipping process, you can trust that your pallets will arrive when and where you need them.

TYPES OF PALLETS

When it comes to wooden pallets, there are several different levels of quality available. The most common grades are Grade #1 and Grade #2, but there is also a third option, known as Block level pallets. Understanding the differences between these grades is important when selecting pallets for your business needs. The main differences between these pallet grades are their level of wear and tear, as well as their structural design. Grade #1 pallets are new or nearly new, while Grade #2 and Block level pallets are made from used wood. Grade #1 and Grade #2 pallets have a consistent design, while Block pallets use a unique block design to support the load.

GRADE 1#

Grade #1 pallets are the highest quality pallets available. They are typically made from new or nearly new wood and are built to strict standards. Grade #1 pallets have no broken or missing boards, and all nails or staples are secure. They are sturdy, reliable, and ideal for use in high-volume, heavy-duty applications.

GRADE 2#

Grade #2 pallets are slightly less strict in their standards but still offer a high level of quality. They are typically made from used wood, and may have some broken or missing boards. However, all nails or staples are still secure, and the pallet is structurally sound. Grade #2 pallets are still reliable and durable, but are best suited for lighter loads or low-volume applications.

Block

Block level pallets are a variation of Grade #2 pallets. They are made from used wood and have a unique design that uses nine wooden blocks to support the weight of the load. This design makes them sturdy and durable, even for heavier loads. Block level pallets are a cost-effective option for businesses that require high-quality pallets but don't need the precision and consistency of Grade #1 pallets.
