V.C.I. FILM WRAP

Our VCI2000 Film is engineered with the latest polymer technology to provide maximum strength, flexibility, and puncture resistance, making it perfect for aggressive shrink applications. It is impregnated with vapor corrosion inhibitors (VCI's) at low temperatures to safeguard ferrous and non-ferrous metals against corrosion, oxidation, tarnishing, and discoloration. Our film's slow-release vapor action ensures that all metal surfaces, including the most difficult-to-reach areas, are protected from corrosion. It is self-healing and provides 24 months of long-term protection for storage and overseas shipments.

V.C.i. Shrink Film

Our VCI Shrink Film is made with three layers of the latest polymer technology, providing maximum strength, flexibility, and puncture resistance. It is impregnated with vapor corrosion inhibitors (VCI's) at low temperatures to protect ferrous and most non-ferrous metals from corrosion. Our shrink film's slow-release vapor action protects the exterior and hard-to-reach interior surfaces of metal objects. It is self-healing and provides 24 months of long-term protection for storage and shipments.

V.C.i. Stretch Film

Our VCI Stretch Film is an innovative solution for banding and wrapping large metal parts during shipment or storage. It is made with co-extruded linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and combines excellent strength properties by using multiple resins in three distinct, pure layers. Our VCI2000® stretch film is impregnated with vapor corrosion inhibitors (VCI's) to provide cost-effective corrosion protection for ferrous and most non-ferrous metals. The slow-release vapor action protects the exterior and hard-to-reach interior surfaces of metal objects, and it is self-healing, providing 24 months of long-term protection for storage and overseas shipments.

V.C.I. Bubble Bags

Our VCI Bubble Bags provide an ideal way to protect metal finishes from marring, scratching, and corrosion during transit or storage. With two layers of extruded VCI film, they offer maximum protection for up to 24 months.
